1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Finmatrix websites, dashboards, APIs, or related services operated by Essenmatrix IT Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services
Finmatrix is the fintech brand of Essenmatrix IT Private Limited. Through Finmatrix, Essenmatrix IT Private Limited provides payment infrastructure including collection, disbursement, settlement reporting, and related APIs. Specific products, SLAs, and commercial terms are defined in your merchant agreement or order form.
3. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of KYC information, lawful use of payment services, securing API credentials, and complying with applicable RBI and payment network rules for your business category.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Finmatrix services for illegal activity, sanctioned counterparties, deceptive practices, or categories we have declined during underwriting. We may suspend access where risk or compliance requirements demand it.
5. Fees and settlements
Fees, MDR, and settlement cycles are as agreed in writing. Settlements are subject to successful clearing, risk holds, chargebacks, and regulatory constraints.
6. Intellectual property
Essenmatrix IT Private Limited retains all rights in the Finmatrix platform, documentation, trademarks, and software. You receive a limited licence to use the services during your active agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essenmatrix IT Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Finmatrix services. Aggregate liability is limited as stated in your merchant agreement.
